MIRTEC Wins a Global Technology Award at Productronica 2011 for its Revolutionary MV-7 2D/3D In-Line AOI Series

검사 기술 분야의 세계적 리더 미르기술이 MV-7 2D/3D In-Line AOI Series로 Global Technology Award 검사기 분야의 수상자가 되었다. 본 시상식은 11월 15일 화요일, 독일 뮌헨에서 개최된 Productronica 2011(11.15~18, New Munich Trade Centre) 기간 중 열렸다.

새로운 MV-7 2D/3D AOI 장비는 15 Mega Pixel Top-Down 카메라와 정밀한 Telecentric 복합 렌즈로 구성된 미르기술의 독점 15 Mega Pixel ISIS(Infinitely Scalable Imaging Sensor, 무한 확장성을 지닌 화상 센서) Vision System을 장착하였다. 이름에서 알 수 있듯이, ISIS Vision System의 해상도는 실제로 모든 생산 환경의 특정한 검사 요구사항에 맞춰 조정 및 수정이 가능하며, 이것이 속도와 실적에는 영향을 미치지 않는다.

미르기술의 혁신적인 3D Multi Frequency Quad Moiré 기술은 네 개의 Moiré 검사 probe를 사용하여 조립이 끝난 기판에 대한 정환학 3D 검사결과를 제공한다. 이 독점 시스템은 reflow 후의 solder 부피 뿐 아니라 부품 들뜸 및 리드 들뜸 불량을 검출하는 데 쓰이는 높이를 정확하게 측정한다. 또한 새로운 MV-7 장비는 15 Mega Pixel Top-Down 카메라에 더하여 네 개의 10 Mega Pixel Side-View 카메라를 장착하여, 완벽한 구성을 갖추었다.

MV-7 2D/3D In-Line AOI SeriesMIRTEC, “The Global Leader in Inspection Technology”, announces that it has been awarded a Global Technology Award in the category of Inspection Equipment – AOI for its MV-7 2D/3D In-Line AOI Series. The award was presented to the company during a Tuesday, November 15, 2011 ceremony that took place at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre in Munich, Germany during Productronica 2011.

The new MV-7 2D/3D AOI machines are configured with MIRTEC’s exclusive 15 Mega Pixel ISIS Vision System. This revolutionary optics system is comprised of a 15 Mega Pixel Top-Down Camera and a Precision Telecentric Compound Lens. This proprietary vision system is designed and manufactured by MIRTEC for use with its complete product range of inspection equipment. ISIS is an acronym for Infinitely Scalable Imaging Sensor.  As the name implies, the resolution of the ISIS Vision System may be scaled or modified to address the specific inspection requirements of virtually any production environment without sacrificing speed or performance. 

MIRTEC’s revolutionary 3D Multi Frequency Quad Moiré Technology provides true 3D inspection of SMT devices on finished PCB assemblies using a total of four (4) Moiré Inspection Probes. This proprietary system yields precise height measurement used to detect lifted component and lifted lead defects as well as solder volume post reflow.  Fully configured, the new MIRTEC MV-7 machines also feature four 10 Mega Pixel Side-View Cameras in addition to the 15 Mega Pixel Top-Down Camera.
